Our community programs are open to the public, free of charge, and designed to serve as educational, cultural, and civic gatherings. They provide inclusive spaces where people from all walks of life can pause, reflect, and connect.
Sessions begin with the recitation of verses from ancient texts, supported by transliteration sheets so everyone can follow along. The recitation creates a shared contemplative atmosphere, followed by guided reflection and open dialogue. Participants explore universal values such as compassion, humility, and unity, and consider their relevance to modern life.
In these gatherings, participants engage in guided humming, chanting, and breath awareness. This secular, contemporary practice is designed to be practical and adaptable — useful in workplaces, schools, while studying, or during moments of peak stress.
Attendance is capped at 10–11 participants to preserve decorum and allow meaningful interaction.
Most participants sit on the floor, with chairs available for accessibility.
Events are listed publicly on Eventbrite for transparency and open registration.
Public Benefit: These gatherings foster inclusivity, dialogue, and cultural literacy. They strengthen community connection by making heritage wisdom accessible beyond religious or linguistic boundaries, while also equipping participants with practical tools for mindfulness and stress management.
